The price you see is what you pay, but exclusive of the shipping cost.
Shipping Cost
Belgium: All deliveries with a purchase value of less than 9,95 € have a shipping cost of 4,48 €, orders between 9,95 € and 99,99 € have a shipping cost of 6,65 €. Orders from 100 € will be shipped for free.
The Netherlands: Given the higher shipping cost, 3 € extra has to be added to the above mentioned cost. If you pay by PayPal we will thus send you a PayPal rquest of 3 €.
Order with Bank Transfer
You can easily order with your PayPal account. You can also order by sending a mail to shop@beyoyo.be with the items you want and use below mentioned bank account info to make your money transfer. When the money has been received the items will be shipped. You can also order by mail and pick-up your yoyo after an appointment by telephone. In all cases you'll receive an order confirmation.

Return Policy
The consumer has the right to notify that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the service agreement.
Please return the goods to the above mentioned address and you'll get a full refund, with exception of the shipping costs (delivery and return).
